- Passport size Scanned copy of Student photograph
- Scanned copy of Last exam marksheet. Enter other details in the form.
- Scanned copy of Cancelled Cheque / First page of Bank Passbook.
- If qualified as per criteria, Saiyed Students will get scholarship from Lillah funds.
