Important Points before filling Form :
- Enter correct Personal Information (Correct Spellings), Mobile No and Address.
- AADHAR Card No – Please provide correct AADHARD Card no…otherwise Form will be rejected.
- Passport size Scanned copy of Student photograph.
- Enter Correct Account Name ( School / College / Tuition Class etc ). Cheque once issued will not be corrected / re-issue.
- Scanned copy of Last exam marksheet, Aadhar Card, Light Bill. Enter other details in the form.
- Scanned copy of Cancelled Bonafide Certificate / Current Fee Receipt / Passbook etc
- If qualified as per criteria, Saiyed Students will get scholarship from Lillah funds.
- Please fill the form with correct information. If any information is found incorrect then form will be rejected and black listed for any future scholarship.
